Labor and Birth Support Services

Including consultation, prenatal visits, 24/7 text, email and phone support, in person support for your full labor experience, and one postpartum visit. 

As a birth support person, I provide physical, mental, emotional and informational support for the birthing person and any partners or support people present during the labor. My role is to work with you and your birth team to ensure you feel informed and supported throughout your labor.

Just one week left before my fall Bradley Method childbirth class series begins and another group of parents gets to start the journey toward confidence and preparation for labor together! This class is a great opportunity to connect with your partner - getting you on the same page about your goals and preferences for your birth, and building a relationship foundation that will serve you well throughout pregnancy, labor and into the postpartum and parenting period. Three spaces are left in the class, which will run from Friday, September 2 through November 18 - perfect for due dates mid-November through March! This class is appropriate for anyone birthing in a hospital, birth center, or at home. Contact me today to get signed up!

Everything about parenting is easier in the summer. The house is so much cleaner with everyone outside most of the days, we eat as many meals as possible outside and although there’s lots of fun places to go and things to see we can also have so much fun just hanging in our yard, on our block and around our neighborhood. Everyone sleeps so much better with all the activity, and there’s less fighting and even less complaining! It’s a breath of fresh air knowing we have several months of this to look forward to! 😍☀️
